Refund policy

Please choose carefully. Due to the exclusive nature of our gowns, returns and refunds are not routinely accepted. Any concerns must be reported to our Client Care team within 48 hours of delivery.

At Aura, each gown is carefully selected and inspected to ensure it arrives in exceptional condition. Due to the delicate nature of our garments and our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene, returns and refunds are not routinely offered.

If you believe your order has arrived with a significant issue, please contact our Client Care team within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

All return, refund, and exchange requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Where appropriate, Aura may request photographs, measurements, or additional information to assist with the assessment of your claim.

Please note that:

  • Change of mind purchases are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Variations in colour due to screen settings, photography, or lighting are not considered faults.
  • Minor variations in beading, embellishments, fabric placement, or finishing details may occur and are not considered manufacturing defects.
  • Gowns must not be worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Where a genuine fault or significant issue is confirmed, Aura will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.

 

Sizing & Fit

At Aura, we encourage all clients to carefully review our size charts and compare their measurements before placing an order.

As many of our gowns are individually prepared or made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges solely due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal fit preferences.

If you believe the gown received differs substantially from the measurements provided in the published size chart, please contact our Client Care team within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs together with your measurements. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Please note that minor measurement variations of approximately 1–3 cm may occur due to hand-finishing, manufacturing tolerances, and measurement methods, and do not constitute a defect.

 

Colour & Product Presentation

We make every effort to accurately display the colours, fabrics, and details of our gowns. However, due to differences in device screens, monitor settings, photography lighting, and individual perception, slight variations in colour may occur and are not considered defects.
