At Aura, every gown is carefully prepared before it begins its journey to you. As some gowns are held in stock while others are made or finished to order, processing times may vary.

 

Processing Times

 

In-Stock Gowns

- Orders for gowns currently in stock are typically processed and dispatched within 5 business days of purchase.

 

Made-to-Order / Processing Required

- Some gowns require additional construction, finishing, or processing prior to dispatch.

- These gowns typically require up to 35 days for preparation before shipment.

Where possible, processing times will be indicated on the relevant product page.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

 

Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing, peak shipping periods, weather events, and carrier delays.

 

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

 

International Orders
