Aura specialises in formal and evening gowns. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary depending on screen settings, device displays, photography, and lighting conditions.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service at our discretion.

 

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in [AUD] and are subject to change without notice.

While we strive for accuracy, Aura reserves the right to correct any pricing, product description, or typographical errors and may cancel orders affected by such errors.

 

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Aura reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorised transactions, or misuse of our services.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Aura is not responsible for delays caused by production delays, shipping carriers, customs processes, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk and ownership of goods pass to the customer upon delivery.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the exclusive nature of our gowns, returns and refunds are not routinely offered.

Any concerns regarding an order must be reported to our Client Care team within 48 hours of delivery.

All return, refund, exchange, or compensation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Aura's discretion. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.

 

7. Product Variations

Many Aura gowns feature intricate embellishments, beading, sequins, embroidery, and handcrafted detailing.

Minor variations in colour, embellishment placement, fabric texture, or finishing details may occur and do not constitute defects.

The Aura brand name, logo, website design, and original content created by Aura are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party product images and materials remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
